Delivery of course access, certificates, and digital materials

1. Nature of Our Products

All products and services offered by AI Governance Institute (operated by Skill Up LLC) are entirely digital. We do not sell or dispatch any physical goods.

This Delivery Policy therefore governs the delivery of:

  • Online course access

  • Digital Certificates of Completion

  • Downloadable course resources and learning materials

2. Course Access Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to your purchased course(s) will be activated immediately or within a maximum of twenty four (24) business hours.

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during registration containing:

  • Order confirmation and receipt

  • Link(s) to access your enrolled course(s)

  • Login instructions (if applicable)

In the rare event that you do not receive your access confirmation within twenty four (24) business hours of payment, please check your spam or junk folder.

3. Certificate of Completion Delivery

Upon meeting the course completion requirements (which may include a minimum pass mark on assessments, quizzes, or assignments), your Certificate of Completion will be:

  • Automatically generated and made available for download within your course dashboard; and

  • Sent to your registered email address as a downloadable PDF

Certificate delivery is typically instant upon course completion. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to seventy-two (72) hours.

4. Technical Delivery Failures

If you experience technical issues accessing your course or receiving your certificate, you must contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We aim to resolve all technical delivery issues within one (1) business day, where reasonably possible.

5. No Physical Shipping

All products offered by AI Governance Institute are digital in nature. Therefore:

  • No physical shipping or courier services are used

  • No postage or delivery fees apply

  • No customs duties, import charges, or physical delivery delays are associated with our services

All access is delivered electronically via our platform.

6. Jurisdiction and Taxes

Depending on your country of residence, applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar digital service taxes) may be applied at checkout in accordance with applicable law.

All applicable taxes will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
